DESCRIPTION:

A detached accessory dwelling unit containing a roof deck, garage, and dwelling unit with sun filled patio. The whole project is conceived as a 'wall', rather than a mini-house, in the back yard of an existing single family home. The design creates privacy and separation between the two dwellings. while making the accessory unit appear as a feature of a stone wall in the backyard.
